Our baking story

If there is one thing we have learned from lockdown is that local produce is the best! Not only is it available just up the road (cutting down the carbon footprint) it’s much better quality! During lockdown we have been able to source local suppliers for our eggs from Norton Hill Farm, milk from Simple Cow and amazing Organic flour from Shipton Mill based in Tetbury. The Sourdough ferment keeps growing, as does our garden, which is blooming with blossom on the fruit trees and the veg patch is coming along nicely. Hopefully home-made jams and chutneys coming soon! Fingers crossed.

We do our best to accommodate food allergies and intolerances, however since we use common allergens in our kitchen, we can never guarantee that any item will be completely free of such ingredients.

We are not a gluten free facility and cannot guarantee that any goods are 100% free of gluten allergens. Everything we label as gluten free does not directly contain gluten, but may contain trace amounts.
